it is also a redox reaction with Cl is reduced and I - is oxidized.

It is a single replacement :)

Note how the partners at the dance switched. Na (sodium) came to the dance with I (iodine), but left with Cl (chlorine). Iodine then left alone.

A double displacement would be if both Na and Cl came with partners, like NaI and KCl, and then left with each other's dates -> NaCl and KI
